Lancaster Ag Products is committed to providing our customers with quality products and services. We provide delivery to most of our customers in Pennsylvania and New York once a month. However, especially with the increased cost of shipping, we must control our shipping costs as much as we can. We are reminding our customers to make a complete order for your needs once per month prior to the scheduled delivery date. This allows us to avoid charging an additional cost for extra deliveries or increasing our prices to offset the extra deliveries. There is a charge based on the delivery time involved for us to make a second delivery in the same month to one customer. We also can use the Nine-to-Five delivery system in most of Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, for quick efficient delivery for small orders. We all make mistakes at times; however, let's all work together to eliminate the extra deliveries as much as possible.
Please have your orders to us by noon on Monday of the week of delivery. Any order received after noon on Monday will be subject to the circumstances surrounding the delivery for the area. For out-of-state deliveries, please have your order to us by Friday at 5PM of the week prior to your delivery week.
Any orders received too late to meet our delivery schedule will be scheduled for the next delivery time unless the customer chooses another method of delivery. If you have not received the delivery schedule for your area please
notify us. We have magnetic calendars for our delivery areas with our intended delivery dates marked on them.
