The Lancaster Ag staff has a passion to teach and to instruct; to provide a foundation and give back-ground; to build on our customers’ understandings and expand their knowledge; to give updates on the latest research and findings; and to answer the why’s and wherefore’s. Part of our company’s mission is described in this motto, “Our heartbeat is to help you grow.” We strive to educate our customers through various media including, field days, human health days, barn meetings, literature, garden brochures, produce programs and more.
